Same-day versus 24-hour turnaround
For an eligible booking, the target is to issue the report on the same day as the completed fieldwork. Where the site visit occurs late in the day or an agreed check remains outstanding, the confirmed expedited timeframe may instead be within 24 hours after fieldwork.
